Our Story

Collective Culinary began in my childhood kitchen.

Some of my earliest memories are of watching my mum cook - the rhythm of her hands, the warmth of the oven, the way the whole house felt different when something special was being made. Her food wasn't just delicious. It was generous. It was comforting. It was love in its most practical form.

That's where it started for me...

From a young age, I learned that feeding the people I care about is one of my greatest joys. There is something powerful about placing a plate in front of someone and watching their face light up. Sharing meals and sweet treats creates connection, conversation, and moments that linger long after the last bite.

As a naturally creative person, I've always loved adding my own twist. I take flavours I adore - often inspired by my Middle Eastern and African heritage - and refine them. I layer spice with sweetness, add floral notes where you least expect them, deepen richness, and elevate the familiar into something extra special.

Every bake and every dish I create begins with something meaningful: a memory, a cultural influence, a favourite dessert. Then I rework it carefully, intentionally, until it becomes something I'm proud to share.

For me, this isn't just about baking. It's about creating moments, honouring heritage, and showing love through food.

Our Mission

Whilst many of us live with certain privileges and the ability to enjoy the finer things in life, this is not the reality for everyone. Around the world, countless families and children still face challenges such as hunger, hardship, and a lack of necessities.

As a mother, nothing affects me more deeply than the thought of a child experiencing unnecessary pain or going without the essentials they deserve. It is this belief that inspired us to make giving back part of our mission.

That's why 10% of our profits will be shared equally between the charities Save the Children and UNICEF, supporting their incredible work to protect, nourish, and provide opportunities for children across the globe.
