Frequently Asked Question
All orders are freshly baked to order on Wednesdays and dispatched on Thursdays.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
Orders must be placed before 7pm on Wednesday for same-week dispatch. Orders placed after this time will be sent the following week.
We send all orders via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which aims for next-day delivery. Most orders arrive on Friday, but delivery times are not guaranteed.
Yes! We offer a Nominated Day Delivery (before 1pm) option, perfect for gifts and special occasions.
Orders must be placed at least 36 hours before your chosen delivery date. Additional charges apply.
Yes—collection is available every two weeks from our home kitchen at:

Collection times are:
Saturday: 9:00am – 11:00am
Sunday: 9:00am – 11:00am
Collection dates are announced in advance and must be selected when ordering.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. While delays are rare, they can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review this and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Our bakes are best enjoyed fresh. Store them in an airtight container in a refrigerator unless otherwise advised.
Most items stay fresh for 6 days when stored correctly. Check product listings for specific storage instructions.
Absolutely! Our bakes make perfect gifts. You can enter a different delivery address at checkout.
No—pricing information is not included, making our boxes ideal for gifting.
All of our bakes are prepared in an open kitchen within our home. While we take great care to keep ingredients and utensils separate, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of nuts or other allergens.
If you have any allergies, we strongly advise that you do not place an order.
