Refunds and Returns Policy

As our products are perishable, standard 14-day return rights don't apply. However, we stand behind our quality and will work with you to resolve any genuine concerns raised within 24 hours of delivery.
 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review this and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

 

Delivery Delays
All orders are sent via a tracked delivery service. While we aim for next-day delivery, delays can occasionally occur once parcels are with the courier.

 

We are unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that arrive late due to courier delays, as this is outside of our control. However, we will do our best to resolve any delays and offer free delivery on a next order as a gesture of good will.
 

Incorrect Address or Missed Delivery
Please ensure all delivery details are correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or missed delivery attempts.

 

Cancellation of Collection Order

Customers can cancel their order up to 7 days before the collection date to receive a full refund, any cancellations made after this date will not be refunded due to the time booked out for the preparation of this order.
